A big step for me!

Well, hi there. I am new here, because i realized i have to change.
I am Porn addicted, and i have been for the last 14 Years.
I watched my first porn when i was about 9 years old at a friends house. I was intrigued and curious, so i started "researching".
I regret nothing more then discovering internet porn, because i made me have desires, and made me feel lonely especially in my teenage years.
I tried to stop multiple times, first time was when i was 14 years old and i could not fall asleep without masturbating.
Fast forward, i am married now. I always thought once i am married(or when i have sex regularly) it would just go away. Friends told me that it doesnt work that way, and i started to discover it aswell.
My biggest problem with it right now is, that i hurt my wife through it and i lie to her. I don't want that. That is why i signed up here, and decidet to do PM. Tomorrow i will talk to my wife about everything. She nows already that i have a huge problem with pornography, and that i struggle with it regularly. But i wanna show that i actually make an effort.
I am so glad that i found this community and i hope to be comming back regularly.
