Day 12 today. Feeling like today is going to be more difficult than the previous ones. I know the urges and triggers for the most part, so I know what to avoid. Trying to stay aware of my situation throughout the day.

 

I have been there man. It feels hopeless in the moment, but all you can do is keep pushing to improve. Your dedication to winning this battle will shine through. Stay humble with her, and try to understand her point of view, but most of all just keep fighting. It's worth it, trust me.
