***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

Today I am grateful for:
- my wife's anger - it means she not apathetic to me.
- my wife's anger - it helps me maintain my sobriety.
- my wife's anger - it reminds me of how many amends I need to make.

 

I am grateful for
-a new beginning

-this community

 

Today I am grateful to have been motivated to stick some clothes on eBay!
Today I am grateful to have been forgiving of myself
Today I am grateful to be able to admit I have a problem with young girls that I want to resolve

 

I am grateful for feeling great
I am grateful for the benefits of meditation
I am grateful that I have my own laptop
I am grateful that my parents trust me to do a lot of things
I am grateful for the internet!

 

Grateful for:
•An opportunity to help a student in trouble.
•A great friend getting involved in the above, inspiring me to try even harder.
•Cooperative colleagues.

 

I am grateful for coffee in the morning
I am grateful for my good memory
i am grateful for my best friend, once again

 

I'm grateful for interesting podcasts and those who make them.
I'm grateful that I am still inspired by people around me.
I'm grateful that I joined NoFap.

 

Today I am grateful for:

Having enough income that I can donate to nofap and a few other good organizations.

Resisting a huge sext / hook up temptation last night

A good day at work yesterday

 

I am grateful for the ability to put a smile on someones face.
I am grateful for the ability to teach someone from my mistakes.
I am grateful for the road I am on.

 

I am grateful to live in a country where we have a right to speak out, regardless of politics.
I am grateful for a good weekend with family.
I am grateful to observe the ever fluctuating flatline!

 

Day 81

I am grateful for my well being.
I am grateful to God for everything in my life up until this day.
I am grateful for my mom's love.

 

I am grateful for restful sleep, not bothered by alcohol or porn guilt.
I am grateful for a clear head this morning.
I am grateful for silence. To listen to the world around me.
I love coffee in the morning.

 

I'm grateful I haven't given up. I'm grateful that I want to get better. I'm grateful that I'm alive.

 

I am grateful for my family, my friends, and my community

 

I'm grateful that I no longer wake up tired.
I'm grateful I am free of all the guilt.
I'm grateful that my mind is my own again.

 

I'm grateful for getting to experience an early morning today.
I'm grateful for the groceries I have bought this morning.
I'm grateful for natural food being available.

 

Today I am grateful to be on my way to six pack abs
Today I am grateful that, through NoFap I can see more clearly where PMO is avoidance of the moment and that I wish to choose experience instead, to choose kindness over resistance.
Today I am grateful for proper coffee

 

today I am grateful for:

1) Learning about NOFAP and starting the program.
2) My commitment to healthy living and GYM.
3) That I have job.
4) That i have good health!

 

I am grateful for being home today, more time for myself to reflect on my life
I am grateful for the support i get here daily, thank you so much all of you
