tl;dr - Frequent fapping in your 20's is linked with higher prostate cancer risk. Moderate fapping in your 50's is linked with lower prostate cancer risk. A causal relationship has not been proved in either case.

Here's the deal: If you live long enough (into your 80's or 90's) you will get prostate cancer. Prevalence approaches 100% with increased age. It will probably not kill you, especially if you catch it in time. So enjoy life, do what you want, and check yourself for signs once you hit middle age.

 

Uh-oh. I wonder if it makes sense to get tested earlier if you fapped like a maniac throughout your 20s...
