I suppose that's possible. When I was about your age I generally didn't have problems, except with this one girl whom I had built up some intimidating thoughts about, which might have been solved if I had known how to talk honestly with her and told her my thoughts. I'm no expert, but a small dose of sildenafil citrate might give you some confidence and then you can wean yourself off of it. And like others have said, no PMO.

 

I’m not sure if you see this or not but you are fighting with everything you can to not have to give up pmo. Read your original question and then your answers, that is not what you asked. You asked if your ED was caused by PMO or something else, an organic cause. You have only been PMO free for a week. Does that mean hard mode (no O with your girlfriend) I think in your case it probably should, but that being said it is personal for every individual. If you are in a long term relationship, or marriage, not having sex with your SO could be more determental to the relationship than having it. But if it’s just a short term thing, I would advise hard mode. It is likely to cause you to want to MO, particularly if you cannot with her, or have issues performing. If you do, you cannot touch yourself at all during sex. But dude, like I said before the answer is stop PMO. A week is nothing. I know you are looking for a different answer, one that is easier, and does not require you to give up PMO, but there is not one.
