Had a bad day today, not pmo stuff, home stuff. There was a time I would be m'ING like mad, partly to de-stress partly frustration and to sleep better. The brain adjustments, for some reason for me are horrendous, bad headaches, no energy, flatline and physical crap too.

But it been documented right here many times, it's normal. But it sucks let me say. I was a long time regular fapper. Years and years. And I'm older than 20+ so I expect it to take 90 days at least upto 2 years. So be it. I'm not going back. God is with me. I am with me. You guys, this site are amazing. So there's just the gritting of teeth, putting my head down and getting it done and moving the hell up.
