1. I'm grateful for this present moment. The present moment is all there is.
2. I'm grateful for a good song to come on. I was having a bad day and then the song All Night Long came on the radio which cheered me up.
3. I'm grateful for cleaning my car. It was dirty and cleaning it has made me happy.
4. I'm grateful for my car insurance to come low. After putting in my details, my car insurance premium came lower than I expected.

 

I am thankful for a very productive day yesterday. The feeling of going to bed, peaceful with the knowledge that I had done almost everything I planned.
I am grateful for a life with purpose and not porn.

 

1. I'm grateful for my day off from work. It was a very productive day.
2. I'm grateful for my new haircut. I feel refreshed.
3. I'm grateful for the amazing weather.

I am grateful that my recovery is progressing and this in tandem strengthens my relationship with my wife and evolves our marriage and love together.
I am thankful that I was able to lend emotional support to a coworker and his wife yesterday.
I am grateful for my health and athletic drive.
I am thankful to be reaching a new understanding of nutrition.
I am grateful for the support of a mentor who I've looked up to for decades.
I am thankful that we are finally renovating our backyard and putting in all new windows in our house.
I am grateful for the instantaneous and free resources that the internet provides.

@Warrior Within I really need a haircut as well. As someone who takes a haircut ~ every month my hair become too long for me. I need to clean my beard to, but......

I am grateful for following things today:
1. For conquering another hard day.
2. For entering a new phase into my journey.
3. For realizing that my journey is going to be hard and that the road will be rocky.
4. For the many awesome people here.
5. For this awesome forum. I always feel better after coming on here to write!
6. For staying firm despite having a cold!
7. For being confident and determined to conquer this cold ASAP.

So many times i feel as you write. I often wake up tired, I feel tired as if I slept standing up. I often have that feeling of guilt, as if i had performed the worst action in the world. I often feel as if i had my mind away. today I am grateful because you showed me it is possible to cut out those feelings. thankyou

 

Grateful for:
•A new sofa!
•Finishing an exhausting project at work!
•Summer plans taking shape.
•Getting to know, and be in a better position to help, some struggling students.
•Those high school students in Florida who are demanding our country do what is right and protect them.
•Chance to nap today and start recovering from a cold.

Finally studying well last night and having enough money to register for my exams (even though it wiped out two / three months of savings.

Being a basketball player, because you get to run and jump and play defense and be a teammate.

Having a family, even if I’m alone and on my own up here.

 

Today I am grateful that I've had a great girlfriend in my life, for the first time.

Today I am grateful that I've been dumped, because then I will have more time for myself.

Today I am grateful because most of the people around me is treating me nice.
