PIED or death grip??

PIED is when the brain requires porn images for an erection to occur. Basically it happens when the brain is so used to "perfect people" on the Internet doing "perfect things" that during "real life" sex an erection isn't possible. Some men report needing to use their phone to look at porn while having real sex. Some need to run into the bathroom and take a look at porn on their phone before sex. Others say they need to think about a porn scene while having real sex. Others simply say they cannot get an erection without porn and in ruins their sex life in real life.

Death grip is a result of frequent masturbation. Before online porn, it was not uncommon for young men to masturbate two or three times a day. But, these are a poor substitute for real sex. With online porn, it's now common for men to masturbate over five times a day. Further, men are continuing this frequent masturbation habit much later in life. Before online porn, men slowed down their masturbation habit as they got older. By 25 or 30 it was normally three times a week or so. But, with online porn, masturbation can continue to be three to five times a day. This constant rubbing of the nerves in the penis can kill the nerves. This can make the penis numb, which then leads to a tighter grip to reach the nerves that are still alive deeper in the penis. Circumcision doesn't help this issue as circumcised men need to grip to get to the nerves lower down from the start.

So, PIED is a psychological problem caused by the brain that stops erections without porn. Death Grip is a physical problem caused by killing the nerves in the penis while masturbating.

Yes. PIED your dick is limp and you cant penetrate, or you have a hard time maintaining erection Death grip is you don't habe any sensations and cant or have a hard time to ejaculate. Both can happen.

Brothers I am suffering from both PIED and death grip. These ailments completely destroys your sex life. All is good in sex till you penetrate your girl, and you experience all sort of problems. Further, women don't enjoy this sex at all and that may lead to a breakup ( My ex-gfs broke up as soon as she realized I have these problems, I am other wise handsome and educated). The root cause of these diseases is nothing but long term PMO. I don't know whether rebooting is going to kill these diseases or not, but can help. Thanks.

Yes it can. There are many threads in the success stories forum where users report total victory over both PIED and death grip. I would suggest you read some of those for encouragement and hope. Just remember, healing won't happen overnight, but you can get there if you commit.
