over 3 weeks and have already forgotten about Fapping.

Yo yo yo its been well over 3 weeks of not fappin for me and its safe to say I hardly even think about it yo. I'm a few days from 30 days though I try not to check my counter to discourage m? so I'm judging by the number I last saw a week ago.


I have trained my mind to not even think about it and to take it as a challenge to reach 90 days then we never looking back. I've relapsed in the past but this time their is no chance that my brain can convince me to fall in that trap again. I swear I wouldn't continue doing it if I hadn't registerd in NoFap and to see how this is such a huge problem all around the world. It gave me the fear of having sexual problems in the future so its best to stop while I can. I was already on nofap before I joined this website I just need to be reminded everyday of how much of a problem this is to continue.

Well lets cut to my feelings so far since I've been on nofap. I've been feeling great, going to gym every 4 days of the week has been a cherry on top. Though sometimes I catch mood swings I'm good. Relationship wise, I'm currently seeing someone special, well over 2 months now. Im trying to avoid sex during this period though but lucky we both busy and leave a few distances apart buh its all good.

NoFap has allowed me to feel confident about myself, to do better things with my time and my ohhh my.... Sleeping has been so much better. But again I wouldn't have been doing this without my team, you guys. ONE TIME!!!!!

Next time I post here I'll for sure be on 60 days. Thank you again for the encouragements famo


Oh and P.S : Try not to look at the days you've gone without fapping to avoid discouragement
