Hi guys, totally buying into all the nofap stuff and the 90 day reboot and all that but im just looking for some opinions.....ive been watching nofap videos on youtube and one person wrote a message to the nofappers 'good luck with your prostate cancer guys'... It kind of hit a nerve with me because im currently on a 90 day reboot. Is there any truth in that?

My guess is that guy has no clue what hes talking about. I have not seen or heard of any research that links non-ejaculation with prostate cancer. I would think that those who dont or cant fap (physically or mentally disabled) would have a high occurrence rate of prostate cancer. I have not seen that in the research i have done.

There is research to support that ejaculation could reduce the risk of prostate cancer, link below. It's important to note that correlation does not imply causation, however testosterone has been linked to increased risk of prostate cancer, and the men mentioned in the study who had many sexual partners and a correlated increased risk of prostate cancer could have simply had a higher sex drive due to increased testosterone levels. It could also be that higher levels of masturbation and less sexual partners is a result of lower testosterone and hence the lower incidence of prostate cancer. There are too many conflicting variables to draw definitive conclusions.
