[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

So, I'm doing this again. I did one week and then almost immediately after, I relapsed and had a "so-so" week. But here I am again.

 

I am ready for this challenge i have relapsed last on feb 18 2018

Day 3 for me

 

I accept it, i had a streak of 19 days but stress got the better of me. 7 days it is

 

Day 0 again :-(. I customized my goals to also include a particular escalation that I struggle with (described in a separate thread)... I think addressing that escalation first will make a significant difference in completing this challenge.

 

Completed through Day 5.
