day 3 and day 4 complete. im finally getting back on track and i only had some minor urges. i really hope i make it this time to the end of this challenge.

It's so easy to be tempted nowadays with all the modernized technology we have. I would recommend CovenantEyes, a safe monitor. Another alternative would be to maybe buy a flip phone for work and leave your smart phone at home. These are just a couple tips that might help.
