Hi fellow fapstronauts :)

I am 31, have been using porn since I had an own 56k modem (15-16yo) and have been addicted ever since. I realised that I have a problem when an ex-gf found out and I could see myself with her eyes... Since then I tried to reduce it but fell back to normal habits quite soon. That is another 9 years ago... For the last 5 years I knew that porn and fapping influenced my life and my person in various negative ways but I did not have the will or strength or urge to quit it. Too big is my collection, too good the stuff I have seen so far.
But I know this can't go on forever or I would fap my life away...
I'm glad I have seen a video on Youtube recently which adressed all the stuff I had thought about concerning fap addiction and it introduced the nofap community. It really felt as if the clip was made for me...
So here I am, eager to change my life for the better!
I hope this community will support me with its wisdom and spirit. For my part I will do whatever I can to stay strong and share and encourage people aswell.
