YOU CAN SUCCEED

Hi guys, I encourage you to read everything I’ve writed, because I hope that this is not going to help just me, but also you!​

I’ve been in this beautiful community for a while and I’m happy to say that I have done some progress, but I still have problems.
Today, after another relapse, I realized something: after our relapses we always start again hoping that the next time we’ll do better just because now we are more conscious of how hard it can be.
But is this really true?
No! I realized, after two years of constant work that this is just our brain trying to hide the real problem. I’m not saying that this is not true at all, in fact we improve ourselves also doing that, but we do it in a slower way and we don’t deal with the real problem.
We have to admit that we are all imperfect persons, once we’ve done that we have also to admit that we need to concentrate on our imperfections and try every single day to change them with good qualities, after waking up with a smile and spreading positivity.
Now you’re probably feeling like you’ve wasted your time, but that’s your mind, because it doesn’t want to face with the real problem.
Even if it seems something that you’ve already tried to do, if you haven’t succeed already, that means that you have to try harder so that you will surely become a better person.

Once you’ve became a better person, there will be no urges or temptations strong enough to stop you!​

Guys, I ask you to share your stories with me, so that we can help each other. I haven’t beat this monster yet, but I’m always learning something new that will help me to finally do it.
Today is the beginning of my journey, a journey with a new mentality, an humble and more conscious one.
I will do my best, and I’m sure that you guys will do this too!
