I am thankful for getting good sleep last night.
I am grateful that I get to spend some one-on-one time with my daughter since my wife is out of town for the next few days.
I am thankful that my in-laws volunteer to watch my daughter when I'm at work.
I am grateful that I find a highly entertaining podcast to listen to on my commutes.
I am thankful that I'm learning self-love and in turn helping others around me.

Today I am grateful for a hefty beast of a workout at the gym, garnering some attention for my dynamic stretch routine

 

1. I'm grateful for the present moment. The present moment is all there is.
2. I'm grateful for learning Spanish. Learning Spanish will help me communicate when I am working in a Spanish speaking country.
3. I'm grateful for waking early. Waking up early means I can get more done.

1. For conquering another (really difficult) day!
2. For being one step closer to victory!
3. For finishing all of my pre-final exams!
4. For school.
5. For staying controlled under hard circumstances.
6. For controlling all of my urges today.
7. For being at peace with my body!
8. For being really proud for my achievement of resisting heavy urges. I never managed to go beyond my current phase, even if I reached 80 days!
9. For realizing that the healing is a long progress. Relapses do never mean reset of progress!
10. For realizing that victory will be ours - it is inevitable!
11. For the many awesome people here!
12. For recovering from the flu quite quickly - 4th day today.
