I’ve disappeared off this forum, I’m ashamed of that. In the time I was gone I have managed to do nothing different with my life. I need help...

What kind of help? Advice? An accountability partner? You need to describe what kind of help you need otherwise nobody on here can help you.

I see everyone doing these long streaks and I’ve been trying for five years and my biggest streak is 15 days. And that was just once, I average around 6 days. I just need advice on how to beat this. I have pied and I just don’t see end of the tunnel in beating this ya know?

I think then, the best thing for you to do is to spend most of your time off the net, and always be aware of what your are doing "Be intentional with your time", and to never go into autopilot. Other than that do some hobbies, read a book, catch up on something you've been putting off, or just go outside. Find something good to replace your habit of masturbating.

Understand that there is no expectation that you should have overcome this problem in 5 years, especially not when you are only 22.

Nor is there a requirement that you have streaks as long as some of the older NoFap veterans, or that you should have streaks longer than your own 6 day average.

The most important thing is that you are here.

All that matters is that you continue to struggle, regardless of however short your streaks or frequent your relapses.

When we think there are absolute standards of success at this, we are only setting ourselves up for failure and despair.

For now, just be on this site every day, and be open to how all of the wisdom here will change how you think and feel about PMO.

Thank you for the words. I will start visiting this site everyday now. I am not using an social media at all on this streak so hopefully that will help tremendously

  11. I think you are too concerned with number of days and things like that .. You should start slowly .. Try 7 days first then 15 days and then gradually increase the number of days . Don't Spend your time alone , Keep yourself busy , and one thing more , Don't depress , Its dangerous for your health. Nothing to worry about , You can heal , Its your body , you should be able to control it and believe me, you can control it , Just need some struggle and determination.
