For those of you who lost morning wood, how long did it take to get it back?

    I need to know there is still hope.

    Going through puberty, I would often wake up with rock hard morning wood. I started PMO at 14 and I am now 31 trying to reboot. I have not had morning wood for many years. I don't have ED, just no morning wood.

    Is there anyone out there who has experienced the loss of morning wood like me?

    How many years did you PMO?

    How long did it take to get morning wood back during reboot?

    Did you ever get it back?

    Dude, Im 20 and my last wood was one or two months ago. It's my first day at No PMO but I dont think it is about NoFap thing.

    It is all about NoFap m8. When PMOing half of my life i got none. Now i have it almost every morning.

    With my longest 66 day streak, I got more morning wood. But when I wake up naturally without an alarm clock I always get it. I am a hormone filled teen though so that might have something to do with it.

    I got morning wood everyday when I was on a long streak (150 days) then I relapsed, morning wood was gone. I know it will be back.

    When I told my urologist that the morning wood stopped. He reacted strongly and said that’s not normal. He said that all men are supposed to have near-daily morning wood. He said not getting it could be a sign of low testosterone and need to resort it to normal levels.

    If you have a long streak of NoFap and don’t get morning wood, check with a doctor about that. It’s not normal not to have morning wood.

    How low was your T? I think my T is on the lower end but not low enough to make a difference

    I don't remember the exact number, but it was low T. Low enough that it stopped my morning woods. My urologist said I need to let my penis heal and my T should be back to normal levels then I'll get daily morning woods again.

    I don’t have it anymore. But who cares? Why would I want it. I’m good to go when I need to be so bfd.

    i have got this morning wood when i doing No PMO for 7 days or more, every time i reach that point, my morning wood will come back.

    I just hope not having morning wood for a good while won't make my erections smaller than they used to be

    Do you get erections when you see a cute girl? For me, most of the times no... that's when I know I need to heal my body. It's really damaged.

    When I get them it's from close physical contact with a girl and even then they're weak and go away quickly. I'm just worried about losing penis length in the long run even if I can fix ED

    I'm in my mid 20's. Faping at least once per week I had no morning wood. After starting NoFap (No PMO) I got morning wood back in just one week. However, I loose it when:

    - I don't sleep before 11:00 and at least get 8 hrs
    - I just worked out (tired and muscle stress)
    - I'm stressed about something
    - I eat too much junk food
    - etc.

    It's not just a matter of NoFap. It helps a lot, but it's also about health and state of mind. And it also depends from person to person. You could follow every single rule in the book and still not get morning wood.

    It is fucking UNBELIEBABLE how far behind both doctors and society are regarding porn addiction.

    I had morning wood basically every morning before i PMOd regularly (basically up until i was 16 to 17 ish). During long streaks my morning wood as almost completely returned to normal. You have to listen to your body. I dont know why PMO causes no morning wood, but it clearly does. There is no better indicator than YOURSELF.

    and the whole testosterone thing just shows how incredibly behind the doctors are around porn addiction. I am a 21 year old man, who gained 15kg muscle after starting the gym in around 6 months, i am a fast sprinter, i am over 6 feet, i have no trouble sleeping, i dont feel tired often, etc. It is nothing to do with testosterone, that would be much more obvious (depression, lethargy, fat gain, inability to exercise often etc).

    One day people will wake up to the dangers of porn. Until that day, young guys will continue to sabotage their futures.

    I never get morning wood but have a very healthy sex drive. I get very hard before going to bed at night. Everyone is different.

    I began to have morning wood after about two weeks of no PMO, it is increasing in lenght and duration by time, today i believe it was about 11 c.m and lasted for 10 min more or less. I know this is below normal but i don't much care, i am still in the beginning of my second month and i know i am getting better by time.

    About 2 weeks, I didn't have any kind of ED or anything before I started nofap.

    My testosterone is around 375 and I don’t get morning wood. Although, I’ve also had issues sleeping more than 6 hours a night so that’s definitely one factor.
