I can completely relate to you on this subject. Smart phones make it very tempting to get a quick fix :( we can do this and NOT give in! It's all a mindset. Tell ourselves we can and we will, tell ourselves we can't and we won't....I'm on day one as well and it hasn't been easy

You are absolutely right, mobile phones are one of the easiest thing to watch porn. I am also that type but now i am trying to control myself by reading the effects of porn.

I had the same issue, I wanted to smash my phone and get a simple call/text phone. however, Netnanny worked a dream. I blocked all avenues to get porn (and initially I tried many... Its amazing how one can access porn when thats what your mind it set on doing). I also blocked access from 8pm to 5am, with a random password written on paper living in the glovebox of my car (which is a mission to get to at night) this has worked really well. I'll hopefully remove the blocker soon, as i believe the best way to get over PMO is to simply think of more profitable/beneficial things and not 'attack' it from a will power/battle/fight to the death mentality. However, for the next few months its a great safety net.

You do not need to smash your phone or get a simple phone. Have someone you trust put restrictions on your phone where you can not delete apps and you do not have safari on your iPhone. That is what I have done, the person with the code for me is my wife. It has been working very well for me since May.

I also have this issue. I'm old enough to remember when I viewed porn on old VCR tapes. That is, until this digital revolution came along, which has been both a blessing and a curse. I have a Galaxy S5, and I got so bad that I would come to bed and have sex with my wife WHILE I was looking at P on the mobile at the same time, with my headphones in so she couldn't hear. Of course, she know what I was looking at. She accepted it as part of my mental illness. But I know I'm better than this! I still have a lot of videos saved in my bookmarks and I can't find how to delete them. I know if I keep them I'm playing with fire and headed for a possible relapse.

I know exactly how you feel. It's a million times easier to look at porn on your phone then getting up, turning on the computer, and wait for it to load. I would look at porn more on my phone than I did on my laptop. But what I did to stop this was, since you have an iPhone, I used the restrictions on it and locked out safari with a random password that I couldn't remember. And the only way to unlock it would be to reset the whole phone through iTunes. Even though this has worked for me, I also realized that my phone isn't the enemy. It's not why I am addicted to porn. Yes, it does give you access to porn but the Siri isn't the one searching the websites for you. You are! We have to grow a self control and discipline in order to fulfill our goals. It's not easy. It's really difficult. But how badly do you want it?

Thanks. I almost wish you hadn't told me. I have so many favorite scenes! Deleting them almost seems harder than abstaining.

deep down I know you're right, and I will get there. I'm just taking it one day at a time right now, not trying to do too much too soon on my first day. But even though it hasn't been 24 hours since the last time I did PMO, I am starting to feel better, and a large part of it has to do with finding this support group. Just knowing there are hundreds of guys on this site who are going through the same thing I am is a big help and helped me today because I was alone in the house for many hours and I didn't fap at all. I see by your counter that you have a long way to go too...

setting up OpenDNS on your router may work (will block porn on every device using the router) but you need to make sure that you can't access the DNS options in the IP settings on your devices also. kinda easy to bypass but can be used as an extra layer.
