2.25.2018 - 6/7

Today was a pretty good day. Urges still were present, but I am getting better at persisting. One more day until I beat this challenge, and move on to the 14 day challenge.

 

Starting from day 0 again

 

I have deleted my porn from my cellphone. PC goes next. I also quit facebook voluntarily.

Despite that, I just reset. It happened real fast. I don't feel like garbage like the first time I did it since I didn't use porn. I am distancing myself from porn at last...

Back to Day 0. I expect a smoother journey. I found new ways to deal with my urges and with boredom: my greatest enemy.
