Day 6 ! Good luck everyone. Go out, work, hit the gym if you have time, study, anything. Just dont watch porn and dont MO. The human nature says go find a female and have fun. I've never heard of animals fapping alone (people are animals too)

Day 2/14 done.
Was easier to today due to fact that I worked ( I work long hours) so I was preoccupied. Thoughts are creeping up and in I can abstain.

Day 4/14. Last night was tough. I had trouble sleeping and was tempted for a couple of hours to go back to old habits to ‘relieve tension’. I survived, but will be tired and tough day today. Will be here tomorrow with day 5.
