I have been doing my to-do list and It's amazing that I could able to do most of the task from the list.

I have to admit that I have some urges nowadays. I'll stay strong this time and will do my best to never ever trapped in PMO habit.

Day 11. today i found new sources of motivation. took my first cold shower. it was quite hard, but after that i felt really really peaceful.

Hi all! I want to join the challenge! I completed the 7-day one and now I want to go for 14. I already did a streak of 21, then relapsed and I went through some ups and downs. Anyway day 1/14!

 

Day 4/14 done.
The real test for me will be the next few days I do not work so my porn routines will come fast and furious Im ready to stay clean.

Day 0

I relapsed due to p-subs in movies. I was home today all day. I watched 4 movies mindlessly. I encountered p-subs in last movie, which leads me to do M.

 

Day 3 of 14 complete!

 

6/14. Getting a bit more urges, but will hang on. Rmember to watch out for triggers. Stay busy.

Day 10. Doubt i've been in double digit numbers in the last 10 years. Still feeling in control. 4 more days to go

 

The first two weeks after you last cum are the hardest weeks of all. So, aim beyond them. You do not want to relapse after 14 days and have to redo those hard weeks again! Start aiming now for three weeks. Keep adjusting your goal buddy.
