Relaspe

After a week of NoFap, I relapsed. Don't know if I feel bad about it or not as it just happened. I read how miserable people feel after the fact, but right now I'm going to enjoy the feeling I have from it, but also the small accomplishment I do feel for going so long. Last month I fapped 2-4 times a day if I had the time. Sometimes I would wait til my wife went to bed. Now, I feel better, being with my wife is better, and I do feel good that 2-4 times a day has turned into once a week, at most. If feels good going on these short streaks, but I would like to go longer. My next goal is to go two weeks w/o fapping.
