I am currently fighting for my life, I am not watching porn since day 45 have this weird feeling of Heart Palpitation and heart racing since last 30 days, I am now in dreadful situation, I went to the cardiologist last month, had an ecg but it was all normal. Are there other people who r going through this? My current heart rate is 80-100 bpm.

Sounds like anxiety or a panic attack. See you normal doc and let them know what your doing and are now experiencing. They may be able to give you some antianxiety meds. I would also lay of sugar and caffeine .

Relax dude. I cant tell you when you will when the flatline will end. I can just tell you that it will. Im about 45 or 50 days in and am starting to see some signs on life. Part of your palpitations may be the stress your putting on yourself to heal. Try to relax and know thr process will work. Learn some calming excersizes they might help.

There was recently another thread about palpitations. I had and still have them sometimes. Seems to be withdrawal related. I got also checked by a doctor because of this. Everything came back normal.

Since, when you have been suffering from palpitations? I mainly feel when I am lying or sleeping.

They were so severe, I couldnt even work out for 6 months. I suffer from them for 15 months now. But they reduced by a degree which allows me to jog or work out.

They were the worst when doing physical work like walking, lifting etc.

  9. I also have a heart rate of 80 - 100 bpm (sometimes 60 - 80), but 80 - 100 is slightly high but not an abnormal heart rate. Do you experience a lot of stress? Measuring your heart rate can also give you an increased heart rate.

Anxiety is a weird thing. Just do some relaxing stuff and don't worry about the heart rate :). When the doctor said you were fine, it is fine.

Since how long you have been on no PMO? I have all the benefits except this Palpitations which I think is due to Fight or flight mode.

I get this from doing a ton of homework. Like I feel some sort of "burn" near my heart. I can't really describe it but it's uncomfortable, kinda like that feeling you get when exercising except your not exercising and it feels.. different..

Also get this when I get very little sleep (which is almost constantly) so make sure you get around 7-8 hours of sleep. If you have a lot of homework make sure you plan your day out very well.

Just this school year. It's just occasionally though, if I'm consistently getting 4-5 hours of sleep. I may be diagnosing myself wrong though, I just looked up palpitations again just to be sure I was informing you correctly and I don't think I'm getting irregular heartbeats. It's more of that burn I described up there but when i get that "burn", I can actually feel my heart beating where as if I am getting enough sleep I don't notice my heart beating at all if that makes sense.
