***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

Grateful for:

• going out last night, talking to girls, putting myself out there. Even though it was awkward, I am better because of it.
• recognizing this morning when I started engaging in self-critical, negative thought patterns & eventually reframed those thoughts.
• Intermittent Fasting, as a lifestyle choice & as a means to achieve my fitness goals

 

I am grateful

• for being able to take a half day today to go see my brother
• For FINALLY getting my first construction documents done to build a public flower garden
• For knowing there are so many diverse people trying to replace PMO in their lives with positivity

 

I am grateful for my Family who do not judge me for my weaknesses
I am grateful for my health because for an old fart im in pretty good shape
I am grateful for my lifestyle which I wholly do not deserve

 

I am grateful for the books I have read that have empowered me(Charles Duhigg, you da man)!

I am grateful to be dealing with this, and not something much more crippling!

I am grateful for my family!

I am grateful to know about this!

I am grateful that I have an imagination to support my writing hobby!

 

grateful today i was rich in energy

 

I’m grateful for the gym.
I’m grateful for filling my life with productive activities.
I’m grateful that I never underestimate the dangers of falling back into old habits.

 

Grateful for:
•Spring Break!
•My family.

 

• I am greatful that i have my parents with me.
• I am greatful that i have two working eyes which can see the world.
• I am greatful that i get 3 meals a day, the thing which most people not get.

 

I am really grateful that my knee is OK after doing some intense hiking today in the high country. Spectacular!
I am grateful for Italian food.
And I am really enjoying my warm bed.

All this teaches me that I will recover one day and lead a better life.

 

for me saturday was often an obsession because i have so little friends and many times i stay home because i don't know with whom to go out. it is the biggest problem that explains why i am still single. anyway i come here to be grateful for:
all experiences, even painful, useful to improve myself and be the best version of myself;
every saturday where i enjoyed;
all my friends who love me

 

I am grateful for following things:

1. For coming online again.
2. For resisting against heavy urges.
3. For the support which I am getting here.
4. For the many awesome people I know.
5. For feeling quite good.
6. For having plans for the remaining day and for the days to come.

8. For the fact that my flu is nearly fully gone!
