[60-CHALLENGE] THE SIXTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

25 days gone. Urges still coming but am still moving

 

I have previously relapsed after reaching my target of day 14 of the 14 day challenge twice. As I now near the end of the 30 day challenge, I'm starting the 60 day counter.

Back home this weekend where a lot of my previous addiction took place. Things have been going well. Today is day 45

 

Day 5 or 6. I feel like my tracker isn't working correctly

You might check the time your tracker is set to change. It took me to figure out that mine is set to change at noon. Until I figured that out, I would look at it in the morning and then be confused to find that it was different later in the day.

3/60 Feeling super frisky, is making it difficult. Often throughout the day thought of using p, fantasising just pops into my head strong urges.

So, when it happens today I will just push the thoughts away. And remember to re-focus. This I think must be just part of the process. Another step possibly. If anyone knows, please let me know anything abut being 60+ days. I'd really appreciate.
