Day 0 after 55 Days

Yesterday night some really fucked up shit happened. (read more in my journal)
I fapped in a fugue state after I woke up in the middle of the night.
Even though it's painful, this will not beat me.

I'll rise up, stronger than ever before and I'll get to Day 100 as soon as possible.
The benefits are not gone, my body changed and will continue to change.
Let's continue rewiring.

I think i am stuck at this level. My confidence is not high. No libido at all ( which is good for now ). Stuck at building relationships ( if it is allowed during the process ). But at least i know i am gonna stick to nofap forever because none of the above would be fixed with fapping.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
