Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today, I will not use porn even though I want to. Why? My brain may be craving it, but too bad. My brain has been taken over by this disease, and it needs time to be healed.

 

Today I will not use porn because i see here everyday how it hurts people if you do, and i know for myself i was hurting when i did pmo, so no !

 

Today I will not use porn because ..... i deserve a better life, and it takes me further away from that goal

 

Today I will not PMO because that is a habbit that is associated with my past and I am moving on from my past self. No longer do I see myself as a weak individual that needs PMO to comfort him.

I have developed a photo-interest so instead of POM this wekend I shot models (with my camera), fun and never thought I´d one day do that.

Today I will not PMO because I need to be strong, I need to be organized, I need to be prepared, and I will defeat my old ways of behavior, resolutely abandoning from everything, that did limited me! Everyone who didn't believe in me, everyone who said that I am limited, who believed that I could not realize my dreams, that I am small and weak, they would all find that they were wrong about me, when I will achieve my goals! My aspiration will show that I will cope with the difficulties, and I will achieve outstanding results!

 

Today I'll not PMO because I relapsed today but that gave me even more motivation to push forward and not to binge.
