First time reaching out

Probably struggling with this for about 20 years (now in mid-30s).
Tried to stop multiple multiple times over the years and went right back (binge user).
This year has been my most successful yet as I made it 20 days and 25 days on separate occasions.
My first time reaching out because this is my first time setting an actual goal.
First 30 days, then 60 days, then 90 days.
With help and support, I know I can do it.
