    i keep reading about how one of the biggest things to fix thropugh the nofap process is growing "love for self", keen to understand what that means for others and what they have done, as i find it hard .... as i have been in this position of self loathing for a long time

    For me it simply means to forgive myself for all the screw ups, PMO and otherwise. To be comfortable with me and understand that i dont need to fit anyone's idea of what i should be.

    Nothing worth doing is easy. Its also not easy to do all the time. Main thing to remember is thats OK. Its fine to lapse in loving yourself from time to time. As long as you always get back to it.
