How do you guys stop fantasizing ?

    Ok seriously, last night I was about to M / Edge 'cause I was fantasizing too much.
    Do you guys know how to stop this kind of thought ?
    See, the problem is I was fantasizing right in the middle of the night.
    I don't even know how to face them correctly. I'm afraid they will have horrible consequences on my social interaction especially with ladies.

    1) Close your eyes.
    2) Breath in
    3) Breath out
    4) Repeat step 2 and 3 for several seconds.

    If it doesnt work find another way to calm yourself and think straight.

    To be honest, despite having a 19-day streak I still fantasize almost every night about girls. It's hard to stop doing it, but the point is don't masterbate to it.
