Day 3: nothing to report

 

Day 17 today, one more day and its a real milestone for me. Best I have done in this challenge is 17 days.

 

I relapse at days 15. I guess I should start with 7 days first

 

Today was day 30 with no P. I feel like i have a much greater hold on my life now! But this was just P. I still have much to do! I’m going to restart now for no PMO.

Day 15; the feelings of loneliness are coming up quite often. I’ve identified this feel as one of my common reasons for relapse so it’s sort of cool to be able to observe me feeling this way rather then having to act on it. Progress

Left work recently to go back to uni a few weeks ago - now I'm feeling lonely. I think I've been lonely for a long time though, I've just covered over it with pmo. It's coming out now though.

That, sir, is the longest user name I think I've ever seen. I'd give you a point for it, except it's grammatically incorrect . Also, loving that quote in your signature (you can have a point for that).

This night I had a dream that it was a thing in the NF-community to cut off your penis for a while and sew it back on later hahahaha! Don't know what my brain was trying to tell me, but it ain't gonna happen
