I started this NoFap thing back in Dec 2017. Before this time I was up in arms at this AgeID thing which is coming in to force in May in the UK. Which will mean most (if not all) P sites will require age verification before allowing access. Now.... that I am trying and failing with NoFap this AgeID thing might be a a positive thing as it will make it harder for me to get access to P.

I'm addicted. I give in too easy.

I've started weight training again. I want to see what happens when you mix in semen retention as well. Aggression, testosterone and energy. So I have all the reasons to stay strong.
