Relapsed on Friday 9, days 1-2-3/90 weren't so good. Feeling like absolute shit everyday...

Day 8 (Season II)

Today I learned again, how hard self-discipline and avoiding addiction can be.

Unfortunately, after I woke up, I took the easy path and surfed about some slightly sexual stuff.
I also trained my PC-Muscle a lot.
I call this behaviour edging.

It's okay to do kegels, but it's about when and how long to do them.
I will set new rules, escpecially rules about how I use my phone and other media and when I'm alowed to do PC-Training.

Good message: not using porn, NoFap!
