[60-CHALLENGE] THE SIXTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

day 53 having a bit of urge for PMO. I rather would just not. I fought urges and beat it. I wanna beat this and keep myself motivated.

OK so I'm starting to understand that when your changing for the better, the bad half (the bad idea guy) well he doesn't like the fact your trying to get rid of him, so he likes to have the occassional tantrum. Sulk. Thinks all the time of the things you don't want to be doing, or think about. Well I found something this week that works a treat with that little @/*t And it's just saying NO then I change thought streams, immediately.

I know, it sounds stupid. What can I tell you. It works. I catch myself having a negative thoughts or beating myself up about something and I just go NO! and change the subject or rethink the thought only putting a positive spin on it, and I have to say hand on heart it's working and because it works for me or it is working for me I wanted to share it with you guys.
