MINOXIDIL CAUSED ED AND LOW LIBIDO

So i need some advice on this.
I started using minoxidil in may be april 2017 and just after 3 weeks later i realised i wasnt getting hard not even i had any urge to do something sexual. Jus to tell you i used minoxidil for no reason , yes, no reason. I was stupid enough to use it without knowing what it is. I had no hairfall problem or anything. So as soon as i realised somethings wrong , i inmediately stoppd usin minoxidil .I read it on several forums that it caused similar side effects for several others as well. Some people said they were back to normal as soon as they discontinued the use. So i decided to wait. To make things worse after about 10 days bad hairfall started like 200-300 hair everyday.. But this was telogen effulvium which lasts 3-5 months and all of the lost hair are recoverd later. So i wasnt really worried of it. About 6 months later hairfall stoppd. But my erections were poor very poor. and literally no libido. Earlier i was a really horny guy with hardest erections possible. I also lost my morning wood which used to be superhard without fail everyday. And also i had been PMOing all these months without even then urgers to do it. I fapped with no or very weak erections. I thought using it would make it better. About 7 moths later i decided to get my Testosterone levels checked. It was 350 at 9 am in the morning. Also i was working out since 2 months at this point. So this was surely low for a 21 y/o with lean body and physically active. At this point i found NoFap i thought im goin to go on NoFap now coz anyway i wasnt horny at all. I went 40 days straight and relapsed and realised my libido is much better than before, erections were more often but not really improved on hardness. And i kept on relapsing after 10-15 days. Also i did edge many times. Now im again at 10 days and this time am not gonna do nothin .
So any advice is appreciated even on supplements like L-arginine and zinc etc. But plz no debate on whether minox can cause sexual side effects or not because it can for some and i was one of those. Thanks in advance

 

Yea may be. Any idea what should my course of action be. Will NoFap really help me with this bcoz the underlying cause is not porn addiction but a medication.

 

I had no hairfall and i didnt even know what minoxidil actually is, i thought of it like a serum for better hair growth. And i have no problms with hair, only that it zeroed my libido and Gave me ED. That too in jus 3 weeks. And ihv talked to people goin through similar
