Day 9 was ok. Going through the 10th day since I started this challenge.

 

Day 3/30 - morning was tough (untill I realised I was running late - that got me out of the house fairly fast)

 

Day 0. Here we go!

 

Day 6/30. Too many thoughts about P. Only thinking about it at work. Aaargh hate this gonna go run. Good luck everyone!!

Day 26. MAJOR UPDATE: The feeling of emptiness, meaninglessness; vanished. Not a single day I felt empty after I've started nofap. This was the uttermost reason I've started nofap. With this hollowness gone, I can endure a lot more. You need to sacrifice basic pleasure but the satisfaction you'll get will be in much, much deeper level.
