Good idea. For me personally it is a great nuissance to see, hear, read anything contradictory to what I am doing, i.e. I must totally avoid anything that is somehow related to what I am "fighting."

Been an addict for 12 year now Iam ready to quit. I still remember how it started. I use to smoke weed which I realised help fuel the Feeling to watch porn and we all no what happens after that.. Iv stoping smokeing weed for 1 year now and it's safe to say I don't think about it anymore... Weed which was the buggiest addiction I had... But porn addiction is on a nether level.
