Day 1 - went smoothly with me traveling to Rishikesh which is a spiritual Center for yoga and meditation. Nothing sexual even crossed my mind today!

I feel focused, present, productive.
I am more in control of my emotions and actions.
I just want to work and take action.

I have no desire for lame-ass activities like watching-TV or surfing the web.
I feel like I have a purpose in life.
I don't need to distract myself with shit like PMO.

The most important thing I learned today was to set deadlines for activities.
Don't waste your time on one activity, but cut it off and continue to the next.
That's efficiency.
