Today I will not use porn because ....... usually after a night drinking (dont drink often) i get the chaser affect, and i am weaker on things like pmo / bad food etc - going to prove myself that i will not fail, time to change this pattern

 

Today I will not PMO because I need to find strnegth to move on and keep doing right things on a way to my goals... I feel now so lazy and useless, as if I can not do anything at all. I am mediocre cope with my daily affairs, and I do not even know how to fix it. Only I always promise myself that I will change something, but I continue to be lazy as before.
