Wet Dreams

    Usually after I jack off I tend to feel tired, and kinda like i got a headache and just decreased energy in general. This morning I had a wet dream when sleeping, people say that it doesn't count as a relapse but I still feel as if I did, is that normal?

    I felt like this most of the times i had wet dreams. Idk abiut yiu but my dreams were very very graphic so it literally felt likei did PMO or had sex. And SOMETIMES i felt like wanting to do it while awake.

    I didnt count this as relapse because it wasnt something i viluntarily did. Wet dreams are normal. So i wouldnt count it, eevn if you do feel guilty, you couldnt really control it, so remind yourself of that

    Most of benefits od nofap are because of semen and sperm retention(I think so) and nocturnal emissions mostly consists of watery part so doesn't affect you.
