    Hi guys.
I've had great success lately (44 days) without.

    Quick Background:
    - had been struggling with masturbation since the age of 8
    - porn introduced around 12y.o
    - average of 2-3x per week
    - spanned off to 1x/week
    - than to 2x/week
    - now at a 44 days streak!!

Last night, the strangest thing happened.
I had this extremely provocative sensual dream.
    And I woke up to emission/ejaculation/orgasm ...
I've had wet dreams before leading to only a little bit of ejaculant.
But this time, it was as if I actually did it.

What is going on? Anyone experience this before?
    Is this normal?
Do I have to start the countdown over again?

    Be honest, please!

Yes, many, many people experienced that before. What happened is a wet dream. It's basicially the bodys way to make sure everything still works down there.

Yes, completely normal. Pretty much every person on NoFap will have them at one point or another. It probably won't be the last one you have. Myself, for example, I had two until now.

This is probably the most asked question on NoFap. The answer is: No. You do not have to restart. The reason for that is, that wet dreams don't happen intentionally. You can't control, if you have one or not. So don't worry. Same goes for sexual dreams.

But be careful: From my experience, the chaser effect will appear after a wet dream. It is also possible, that you feel like you actually relapsed, morally ("Damn, I relapsed", "I'm weak", etc.) and/or physically (e.g. brain fog, loss of energy, loss of motivation). If this happens, remember, that you had no control over it and therefore it is not a relapse.

I had a wet dream last night as well and im in a flat line. Full ejaculation. Its not our fault yet when it happens i feel super disappointed. Like i have lost progress, although i know this just isnt the case.
