Ok, back to 0. I've been trying nofap for about month now. And although I can't make it past the 8 day mark, I was thinking not to be too harsh: I used to fap to P everyday, now only every 7 days. Not the 90 day streak and life improvement I'm going for, but still an improvement. Gonna try again

I just relapsed today (Only MO'd), after i tried to jump to the 180 days challenge without preparations lol.
I need to take it easy so here I am.
