Finally here and grateful.

Hello all. I am a 52 year old caucasian male from the US who has struggled with this addiction since I was an adolescent. Porn played a significant roll in the destruction of my 25 year marriage about 2 years ago, and I am now ready and eager to confront this horrible problem.

I truly want to be free from the PMO cycle and be ready to be a better partner going forward, as well as be able to find self love instead of guilt, shame and self loathing that I have been experiencing.

I only have 1 day of "sobriety" but that is more than I have had for quite a while. I thank you all in advance for your support and encouragement.

Sorry to hear about your marriage, man. That is gutting. Onward and upward from here.

Most of the people here seem pretty friendly and helpful, and will help you out if you ask. I'll even have a crack. In the short time I've been here I've actually found out a lot of stuff.
