    - dont focus on addiction, focus on life

  3. its somehting i need to learn also, the world keeps telling me to be xyz, and to be honest, it hasnt worked, just made me more stressed and bothered and more likely to fap....

    having more in your life that you like and want, is more important

    Relapsed today...I’m really trying to figure out how to get my mind right to where I can just push away urges, I’ve been trying to meditate gradually and it seemed to help for awhile but then it’s like I lost all control, so back to day 0...

    I relapsed. This challenge has helped me so much. I’m doing it independently as well so that I can get rid of this but for now. I will hope to be back better than ever in a couple of weeks. It has been nice.
