[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Newbie here! 1 week without pmo, my highest streak is 6 days.
I hope i will surprise myself wish me luck.

 

Day 2 done . Baby steps but in the right direction. It was difficult last nite but did not fail.

 

Relapsed yesterday so back to day 0 as of yesterday. Today is day 1.

 

I'm in! This is my first day on this NoFap forum and I like it! 0/7

 

This is my first attempt ever to achieve a clean NoFap life and I reached day seven today (found the seven day challenge after I started). Within the first week, my mind def wandered and played some hella tricks on me Although, seven days is not much it's A LOT for me. Take it one day at a time and remember to have fun! Good luck, you can do this.

 

Day 0, went 4 days and I relapsed =/ I can do this and will, just have to restart now.
