i'm at 12 days already.. and i'm not going to jerk off and start from day 0.. sorry.. i'm very happy to have reached 12 days already !!

 

Day 4. I’m an introvert so it’s really draining to be around people for long periods of time. My job requires that I be in constant communication with many people. I came home but it feels like I crashed. It was so hard not to relapse. Last night was a struggle but I got through. I have to deal with tonight but I’m still sober. I can’t wait to get some more time under my belt and feel the positive effects. Thank you for letting me share.

Nice work!!! Keep working it.. you are in the difficult first few days... keep imagining your life when you achieve 90+ days.. that will keep you going

A lot of urges when I went into work, but I posted to the sub-reddit to get out of my own head. I really latched on to the sayings "the urge will pass either way" and "two weeks ago I dreamed of being where I am now!"
