I will not masturbate today because I want my energy and motivation back. I want to feel alive once more. I want to accomplish more.

 

Today i wil not pmo because i signed in for the 180 day warrior challenge. Done with the previous life and i really think i can do it without it! And, yesterday i really was disgusted with myself for the extreme porn i watched when i was an addict!

 

Today I will not relapse because I start this journey with serious thoughts about becoming a better person and I still wanted to be better

 

Today I will not PMO because I develop respect for myself. If I watch porn and masturbate - I will lose all respect for myself that I have.

 

I will not pmo today because I don’t want to submit to temptation I have fought for so long it gave me depression caused me to violate my rules and nearly destroyed me I will resist this monster I will not surrender! Pornography is the devils iconography I want nothing to do with it, I want only to be free of it.

 

Today I will not MO because I really want a new life

 

Today I won’t use porn because its not for me. Porn brings me down but I seek to go up.

 

Today I will not use porn because abstaining is the only way I will heal.

 

Today I will not watch porn since I have been free apart from one single relapse incident for over three months but I still have porn-induced fantasies and thus my brain is doing the work that porn used to, and even more extreme then before. So I am going full Nofap!

I will not masturbate today because I want to get better grades at my lessons and be more succesful. I have a focusing problem and doing this will help me with that.

I'd rather not get a headache and feel exhausted. I need that energy to work out and train; besides, if I relapse I know I won't be able to have that perfect orgasm and I'll just be unsatisfied.

Today i will not use porn because i start to realise that porn is pretty disgusting. Still i have some porn thoughts (mostly vanilla now), but thinking about the porn i watched over and over makes me feel i wanna puke. And, i finally realise how stupid addiction is. The moment i realised how addiction really works for me i felt so stupid. SO SO SO stupid, i dont want to feel so stupid again, so i need to stay away from short term solutions!
