    Completed 13 days of hard mode today;
    Steps I am taking are-
    1) meditation: 15 mnts daily
    2) exercises: 1 hour daily
    3) social interaction : going out, talking with peoples ,talking with relatives on phone, having discussions
    4) study: 2 hours daily
    5) avoiding social media,YouTube Instagram etc.
    6) going to bed when I am tired enough to sleep as lying on bed and unable to sleep is my major trigger
     
  10. Your plans are good. Just be focused and stick to it.
    Just add this if u feel like.
    Read hanuman chalisa b4 going to sleep.
    Trust me it helps wonder.

    Avoid method will not work .( No. 5)
    If u R using smart phone ..Just change it to simple phone like samsung guru etc.
    My personal experience tells me that no matter how bad I tried to avoid youtube or any social sites eventually I endupe with watching it.

    If possible don't use ur smart phone or any device (atleast 90 days) and if not possible then us cyber ..And pls b aware of jio sim officer .Eg it offers upto 2 gb per day. It is dangerous if u feel that u R deeply addicted to pmo.

    Just make sure you have strong reasons WHY ..

    And keep your self busy in doing what you want and not on which you want to avoid.

    Good as u hav completed 2 weeks .

    Swami VIVEKANANDA, one of the biggest motivation for me.
    I was good in studies, but too much of PMO destroyed my life.

    Some of the bad effects on me was
    1) Memory loss
    2) Decreased ability to think ( very less)
    3) Tired, lazy all the time, never in my life during the time of PMO I felt energized
    4) Decrease in conc. Power
    5) became less manly
    6) Easily affected by diseases
    7) too many pimples
    8) Too much boredom
    9 decreased in awareness level-
    This means that I may not hear, see and feel other senses to the fullest.
    I was numb in short. When people talk, my mind never listens to it and just think about every other shitty thing ( just random thoughts). My reaction time was more as compared to others.
    I didn't feel all the senses to the fullest, like the touch, or taste or smell.

    My life was totally destroyed by PMO
    But came to know about many things when heard about VIVEKANANDA.

    The soul, energy, consciousness, awareness, self realization, meditation.

    Guys read his books and you will come to know the real benefits of semen retention.


    All the above problems have been improved a lot. But still on the way to improve myself.

    earlier during college time i had abstained from masturbation for six to seven months and that time was great for me with great focus and success in academics. Remembering the benefits and comparing also help a lot.

  16. Yes I had partial ED but following this technique now my ED is completely cured.
    1 - complete abstained from PMO for 60+ days.
    2 - cycling and 1 km daily running.
    3 - change in diet
    3 a - adding indian goosebery into diet, in the form of juice and powder.
    It helps in curing wet dream and erection related problem.

    3 b - use of cow milk and ghee.

    3 c - sugarcane juice .

    4- very imp as d main cause of ED is stress so make sure u R doing regular meditation and just be happy for no matter what!!.

    Dude it's great to know u are doing good now. Could u help me out also. It's been a week today and I feel like masturbating. I hope I don't relapse. But when I am alone I just keep thinking about masturbation. I don't wanna relapse bro. Please aid me in not going into it.

    Thnx man.. im from india as well. Havin partial ED kind of thing. Part of it is performannc anxiety. I cn get hard enough but its nowhere close to where i used to be before and also my libido isnt where it used to be.
