I started smoking sometime at the end of 2014 and ever since then i have wasted so much money on ciggerates. A couple thousand dollars easy along with the packets of hash i scored. Last month i quit smoking hash and once i got over its withdrawals, i am using these easter break to quit smoking because during university days its almost impossible to quit.
I am on day 3 three now. I am eating so many candies than i can count and so far i am going strong and i hope to overcome this addiction forever aswell.

    Why Poseidons girlfriend started smoking?
Because the lube gets washed underwater.

Stop smoking and put that money towars a physical investment and you can really see how much you wasted and burnt up over the years. Congrats on stopping smoking and hopefully P.

Its the day 7, the first milestone achieved. Another milestone is day 14 and then day 30th.
After that i would know that i have left smoking for sure

  9. Don't be so sure. Just because you make it past a mark doesn't mean you quit forever.
I'd been a chainsmoker for 6-7 years. I recently quit. Just like PMO, it's going to be a lifelong battle.
For several days you're not going to have the urges, but a day will come when you'll crave that nicotine, it may be several years down the line but the fight never ends.
You just have to keep pushing through and keep moving forward one day at a time

Never smoked myself but have known enough lifelong heavy smokers to know how difficult it is. You're doing a great thing for your health and your wallet. All the best! :emoji_thumbsup:

Well PMO is different because its human body. Whereas once u stop smoking ciggerates and overcome its withdrawals you dont really feel like smoking again.
You can see millions of people who dont smoke because they dont have to as there is no necessity with the human body whereas you wont see a single person who says that they dont masturbate or hvnt masturbated in their life.
But yes for ex smokers we might get back to it because being a smoker we know how it feels like.

I threw away my cigarettes today. Apparently American spirits have very high nic. Already suffering withdrawal. I have a juul but I'm not even going to use that going to kick this for good. Not sure if I can give up the weed though.

I was a heavy smoker of hashish so first i quit hashish and got over its withdrawals. Then after 20 days of quitting hash i quit ciggerates because for me i can not quit ciggerates and simply just stick to hash. For me it has to be both.
I was a chain smoker and smoked 1 pack a day minimum so for me withdrawals hit like a bitch with a knife lol
I am hitting the gym daily to help ease my withdrawals and the gym is helping so far. U gotta avoid booze, cold drink and caffieneted shiz cuz thats what will trigger the withdrawals.
Good luck and if u need any help or smoking accountability, feel free to msg me.

Okay i relapsed at day 35 and i was really intoxicated but its my fault because i took a decision in my buzz it wasnt like i didnt have control. I just wanted to feel good with the booze but turned out i started coughing and fell sick because my throat and body had already recovered from the consequences of smoking and i tried to get it back to old condition. Now i have reset my timer and going completely strong and coping well with the urges using gums and stuff.
I definetely felt soooo many benefits like increased stamina, better lips, fairer skin, better hygiene, sense of taste and smell and alot of other things.
Most of all i am saving money bro so thats the best part
