***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

1. I am grateful for my mom for thinking of me while I am away in college and sending me an Easter care package for Sunday
2. I am so grateful for this past fall, had the best experience of my life by traveling and immersing myself into another country and culture. Words cannot describe my awe and joy I experienced, and I miss it very much but am grateful that I was able to experience and live it.
3. I am grateful that I have been given permission to fail and permission to make mistakes, others are not as fortunate as myself.

 

I am grateful for my pc, tablet and phone, they connect me to the world
I am grateful for having a house to live in and be myself
I am grateful for having 2 awesome children

 

I'm grateful for having money on my account. I'm grateful for my parents. I'm grateful that I will go watch a football match with my brother.

 

Today I'm grateful I can learn about calculus and do my reboot

 

I am grateful for another good day
I am grateful for great friends
I am grateful for the positive attitude ive had the past few days

 

I am grateful for having such a good bond with my adopted niece.
I am grateful for my parents.
I am grateful for not giving up even though i feel horrible today
I am grateful for the community
I am grateful for the fact i can help people due to my own experience.

Today, I reconnected with someone from back home who I've recently met. He's going through an incredibly rough time personally as well as with family health issues. While what he is going through is awful it has made me reflect on what I value in my life and what I am really grateful for.

1) I am so grateful to have the family that I have, each one supporting each other and helping each other out. I am so lucky to have them in my life and need to appreciate them more.

2) I am grateful to be in a place in my life where I am not set in any direction and have the freedom to explore new horizons, I should really recognize that more

3) After two and a half years of being in this town, I am beginning to realize how pretty it is and how temporary it is in the scheme of life and I am starting to appreciate the beauty of it.

If you guys could keep my friend and his family in your thoughts and prayers I would really appreciate it! Hope you all have a great day!

 

*Today I had a wave of happiness. It was like a familiar friend from the past as this wave wrapped me in an embrace. I didn't grasp too tightly after it, but let it wash over me. This is tremendous progress for me, both to have that wave of happiness and also to be gentle with it. I am thankful for the moments today when I was wrapped in this pleasant joy.
*My friends shared a Maundy Thursday communion service with me.
*I went on a date with a wonderful man. He was kind and intelligent. It was good to share time, conversation, and tea.

I am grateful that I had a good night’s sleep - it has meant that I was able to function a lot better today - I managed to do 2 hours of exam homework right in the morning and I stayed on time

I am grateful that I have this time to do personal development work -I am grateful for schedules that I can stick to

I am grateful because i start to feel a lot a shame about what i have watched over the years. Starting with vanilla pictures in books to softcore to hardcore to extreme.. I know it's the addiction doing what he can do best.. Making you sick. Making you an animal. Making you everything you dont want to be! I have been watching (extreme) porn for so SO SOOOO long that I have made such an enormous contribution to the exploitation of these people. ASK AND DEMAND! I feel horrible about it. I cant change anything in the past, but due to that past, i now have made the choice to work my entire life to not fall back in porn anymore!!!

I'am grateful because i woke up like shit this morning. I had really vivid dreams about my favorite porn scene. Just after the start of my reboot, i found it amazing to have that dreams. I did not want to search for it, so when it popped up in my dream i could not help it. Now, after waking up, i was fucked up in my head. As i said, i feel horrible about what i have been searching for.

I'm grateful for having my own back

I'm grateful for my parents and my coach who are helping to get my live back on track.

I'm grateful for surviving 17 really strong urges since i started rebooting.
